Orders

  • How long will it take before I receive my order?

    Allow for 2 – 7 working days & 7 – 10 days on imported products.

  • How do I place an order online?

    Ordering online with Click4Wellness is quick and easy, see the simple steps below:

    1. Browse the products by using the top navigation menu bar.

    2. Add the items you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart by selecting the product
    and quantity first.

    3. Once you’ve filled your basket with your lovely product selections and are ready to place
    your order, click “Checkout” and you will find a summary of your order.

    4. Complete your billing and shipping address information and add a promo or gift voucher
    code IF YOU HAVE ONE.

    5. Continue to Shipping Method, then to Payment Method – this will provide payment
    options. Select the one you’d like to use and confirm whether your billing address and
    shipping address are the same.

    6. Once you’ve placed your order and made payment, you will be taken to a confirmation
    page.

    7. A confirmation message will be sent to your provided email address following your order.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

    If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us; info@clickforwellness.co.za.

    You will then receive another email from us once your order has been dispatched.

    Within this email will be your tracking reference number. On average your order should take between 2 to 7 working days from date of dispatch.
    (7 – 10 days for imported products).

  • Can I make changes to my order, after placing the order?

    Our orders are processed and dispatched within a certain time period. If you need to make changes to your order (product or quantity) please Contact Us as soon as possible so we can see what we can do to help!

Payments & Promos

  • What payment methods can I use?

    We use the local service provider Payfast to process our online payments and accepts payments using Visa, Mastercard, Payfast also offers an instant EFT payment option. We also have Zapper as a payment option.

    At time of checkout, simply choose your preferred payment method. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be requested to enter your card details. Your credit card will only be charged once you have selected to proceed with your order.

  • Can Zapper be used to make payment?

    1. Yes, you would need to follow these guidelines; Firstly, download the app on to your smartphone: Apple, Play Store or Windows Phone.

    2. Once you have downloaded the app, select the Zapper payment option on the payment method page, select complete order and scan the code to make payment off your smartphone.

    3. Whilst you are processing this payment, do not press any buttons on the webpage as this will interfere with our receiving of the order.

    4. Once the payment is processed on Zapper, the Zapper page will automatically redirect to your Click For Wellness order confirmation. Please note: Only one reward or voucher code can be applied per purchase and cannot be utilized on any sale items.

Shipping and delivery

  • How much will I pay for Shipping?

    All deliveries over R750.00 will be shipped free within South Africa.

    All deliveries under R750.00 will attract a nominal delivery Fee as per the table below:

    Standard Delivery Fee ( 2 – 7 working days)
    R90.00 for Major Centres & R150 for Regional and Outlying Areas.

     

     

  • Can I provide a P.O. Box delivery address?

    We unfortunately need you to provide us with a physical address where someone will be present to sign for the order, this is a requirement of our courier service to ensure your parcel gets to you safely.
