DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY
Our policy is strictly 14 calendar days from date of purchase. If 14 calendar days have elapsed by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund unless there is a defect or fault in the product supplied, in which case the return shall be dealt with in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Due to the nature of the products, there is no Exchange Policy and you will not be able to exchange one item for another.
To be eligible for a return of an item which is not defective or faulty, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it ie. in the original packaging still sealed with product insert intact, the product itself must also still be sealed.
There will not be a refund of delivery cost.

Please do not send your purchase back to the Manufacturer as this will void any obligation we may have to you to replace or refund the item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which would be required to be forwarded to us by email at email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,within a certain amount of days.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your Credit Card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Unless the item is defective or faulty, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
On returning your shipment the onus is on you to select a reputable shipping service with trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for the case of loss or damage.
Further to this, if delivery is made of your items and you are not available at the address and/or your phone number is not working or is unanswered and results in the shipment been returned to Click for Wellness – you will be liable for shipping costs due to non-delivery.

All deliveries under R750.00 will attract a nominal delivery Fee of R90.00 for Major Centres & R150.00 for outlying regional areas.
