Nutrison Protein Plus Multi Fibre 1 Litre

63g protein per 1000ml to meet increased protein requirements & high energy (1,28 kcal/ml)

Fibre enriched, MF6* fibre patented blend, 15g per pack, to help maintain normal bowel function, Enriched with fish oils providing DHA/EPA**. Contains medium chain triglycerides (MCT) to ease fat absorption , P4 protein blend, protein blend in line with WHO 2007 guidelines1. Whey protein dominant supporting gastric emptying and tolerance. Low osmolarity (285 mOsmol/L), Gluten & Lactose Free. Halaal certified.

Indications For use in the dietary management of: Disease related malnutrition with moderate stress. Conditions increasing protein requirements e.g. postoperative patients, severe burns, severe infections and pressure ulcers, Catabolic, Surgery, Oncology, Hyperglycaemic patients on glucose control in ICU.

Precautions : Nutrison Protein Plus Multi Fibre is not suitable for the following: Patients with Galactosemia. Use with caution in patients with seafood allergy. Not suitable for patients requiring a fibre free diet.

Contraindications: Gastrointestinal failure. Complete intestinal failure. Major intra-abdominal sepsis.

Age restrictions : Not suitable for infants under 1 year of age. Use with caution in children aged 1-6 years.

Important Notice • Not for parenteral use.

Directions for Use: Use at room temperature. Shake well before use. Handle aseptically to ensure product remains sterile. Usage to be determined by a healthcare professional.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the refrigerator. Discard unused content after 24 hours
