How do I place an order on line ?

Ordering online with Click for Wellness is quick and easy, see the simple steps below:
1. Browse the products by using the top navigation menu bar.
2. Add the items you would like to purchase to your Shopping Cart by selecting the product
and quantity first.
3. Once you've filled your basket with your product selections and are ready to place
your order, click "Checkout" and you will find a summary of your order.
4. Complete your billing and shipping address information and add a promo or gift voucher
code if you have one.
5. Continue to Shipping Method, then to Payment Method - this will provide payment
options. Select the one you'd like to use and confirm whether your billing address and
shipping address are the same.
6. Once you've placed your order and made payment, you will be taken to a confirmation
page.
A confirmation message will be sent to your provided email address following your order.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking link so that you can keep updated on the status of your order.

Can I make changes to my order, after placing the order ?

Our orders are processed and dispatched within a certain time period. If you need to make changes to your order  (product or quantity) please Contact Us as soon as possible so we can see what we can do to help!

How do I track my order ?

Once we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us; info@clickforwellness.co.za.

You will then receive another email from us once your order has been dispatched. Within this email will be your tracking reference number to track your order online via a tracking link.
On average your order should take between 2 to 7 working days (the longer being for outer lying regions) from date of dispatch &
7 – 10 days for imported products.

What other payment methods can I use ?

We use the local service provider Payfast to process our online payments and accepts payments using Visa, Mastercard, Payfast also offers an instant EFT payment option. We also have Zapper as a payment option.
At time of checkout, simply choose your preferred payment method. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be requested to enter your card details. Your credit card will only be charged once you have selected to proceed with your order.

Where can I ship my order?

Can I provide a P.O. Box delivery address? >
We unfortunately need you to provide us with a physical address where someone will be present to sign for the order, this is a requirement of our courier service to ensure your parcel gets to you safely.
Can I send my order to someone as a gift ?>
Yes of course! If you'd like to make a purchase for someone, please make sure to update the shipping address at checkout to the gift recipient's address.
Just add a note on the My Cart page in the special instructions box for us to write for you, or Contact Us with your order no and message you’d like us to include.

How much will I pay for Delivery?

All deliveries over R450.00 (excluding clearance items) will be shipped free within South Africa only. (T&C APPLY)

All deliveries under R450.00 will attract a nominal delivery fee that is calculated and quoted at checkout. (costs are based on the size of your basket, your region and postal code)

(No deliveries to Plots, Farms, Far Outlying Areas, Townships or PO Boxes)

Express Shipping applicable Monday – Thursday.  Orders need to be placed by 12pm. 

All Warehousing & Fulfilment orders are fulfilled by CJC Distributors SA; you will be sent an email together with your tracking number once the order has shipped.
